1. Remove the swab from the cassette and then remove the cap from the swab.
2. Place the swab into the patient's mouth and use the sponge to collect saliva until the saturation indicator turns red.
3. Remove the swab from your mouth after a maximum of 30 seconds.
4. Insert the swab back into the cassette and press the head of the swab down to secure it.
5. Move the slider in the direction of the arrow until it clicks into place.
6. Now read the result after a maximum of 10 minutes. (See package insert).
