1. Nehmen Sie den Tupfer aus der Kassette und entfernen Sie anschließend die Kappe vom Tupfer.
2. Führen Sie den Tupfer in den Mund des Patienten und sammeln Sie mit dem Schwamm Speichel auf bis der Sättingsindikator sich rot färbt.
3. Entfernen Sie den Tupfer nach maximal 30 Sekunden aus dem Mund.
4. Führen Sie den Tupfer wieder zurück in die Kassette und drücken den Kopf des Tupfers nach unten um diesen zu sichern.
5. Schieber in Pfeilrichtung verschieben bis dieser einrastet.
6. Lesen Sie nun nach max. 10 Minuten das Ergebniss ab. (Siehe Packungsbeilage).
