- 1. Bring the bag to room temperature before opening. Remove the test cassette from the sealed bag and use within one hour.
- 2. Place the test cassette on a clean, flat surface. Hold the pipette vertically and add 1 drop of serum or plasma (approx. 25 L) into the sample well of the test cassette. Then add 2 drops of buffer (approx. 80 L) and start the stopwatch. Avoid air bubbles in the sample well (see figure below)
- 3. Wait for the colored line(s) to appear. Read the test result after 10 minutes. Do not evaluate the test result after 20 minutes.
