Use of Social Media Presence
We maintain online presences on the social networks and platforms listed below. These presences serve to communicate directly with customers, interested parties, and users. Furthermore, these appearances aim to advertise our products and services.
When accessing our Social Media presences, your data may be automatically collected and stored for advertising and market research purposes. User profiles are created from this data using pseudonyms. These can be used, for example, to display interest-based advertising within and outside the platforms. For this purpose, cookies are regularly employed, allowing for the recognition of an internet browser and saving your interests and usage behavior.
The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, justified by the legitimate interest in direct communication with users and optimizing the design of our online presence.
If you have given your consent to the operators of the respective social media platforms regarding the processing of your data, e.g., by checking a checkbox, the processing takes place based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with the operator of the respective platform without affecting the legality of the processing that was carried out based on the consent until the revocation.
Exercising the rights of the affected parties and inquiries for information can most effectively be directed to the providers of the platforms, as only they have access to your data, can take immediate action, and can provide information. Of course, we will assist you in this if needed. Further information on the terms of use and data protection of each platform, as well as a detailed description of further data processing and the respective options for objection, can be found on the providers' websites:
